You need understanding, not another to-do list.

I’m Caley Kukla — Master’s-level educator, child development specialist, and mom of three big-hearted, high-energy boys who give me plenty of real-life material.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped families move from chaos to connection using brain-science-backed, empathy-driven strategies that actually work in real life — not just in theory or one-size-fits-all advice.

Kindness Starts at Home

When children are raised with connection instead of fear…when they feel seen instead of shamed…when adults lead with calm confidence instead of stress…that ripple becomes community.

Friendships. Classrooms. The world.

Your parenting matters more than you think.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Most parents I work with feel that way. The difference isn’t trying harder. It’s understanding what’s happening underneath behavior.

  • Many of the families I support are navigating neurodivergence. The framework adapts to your child.

  • No. This is coaching and education rooted in child development and neuroscience — practical support, not clinical therapy. Many families in COR also work with therapists and see coaching as complementary support.

  • Yes. I offer a limited number of in-person family consultations and classroom site visits locally.

These are highly personalized and include observation, strategic planning, and follow-up recommendations. Availability is limited, and pricing varies based on the level of support needed.

The best place to begin is with a 1:1 call so we can determine whether an on-site visit is appropriate.
